Facility Management Scaffolding.

Facilities Management & Maintenance Scaffolding comprises of Scaffolding for the likes of the following: Railway work, Roofing, Demolition, the Housing Executive, Offices, Schools as well as Maintenance contract work. The Facility Management Industry uses scaffolding in a variety of applications. For example, it is used for new construction structures, renovations, painting, routine maintenance and removal projects.

Here at K2 Scaffolding we regularly work on Facility Management & Maintenance Scaffolding projects on a daily basis. A lot of these projects are carried out at weekends and at night time if they are not possible to work on during the day. For example, we frequently work on Northern Irleand's railway lines and this cannot be accessed during the daytime, thus when working on these projects our scaffolders work on the lines at night when the trains are not running. In addition, a lot of work at schools is done at weekends and school holidays so that the scaffolding poses zero risk to school children. However, if the scaffolding has to remain in place during term time for several days, we have all of the security equipment to ensure that the scaffolding still poses no risk to school children.
